Fees:

First Visit - $150 - Consultation and treatment.

Follow-Up Visits - $75/visit

Prepay Package:

$375/6 visits (expires after 5 months)

Children 17 and younger:

First Visit - $75 - Includes treatment

Follow-up Visits - $60/visit

Montauk:

$100/visit

Missed appointments and same day cancellations are full fee.
