"There is nothing like the feeling of equilibrium, lightness and relaxation after an adjustment by Dr. Lila!" - delighted patient

Meet Dr. Lila Wolfe

This is a privately run inclusive family practice.

25 years of the best prenatal & family chiropractic expertise in New York City & Montauk

I provide people of all pronouns and backgrounds with the chiropractic care needed for maximum health and longevity.

This is a discrete and warm boutique practice where people feel they are getting their health needs met. This is not a multi practitioner impersonal insurance mill like offices you have been to before.

I get questions asking if Chiropractic helps with neck pain, mid back pain, low back pain, hip pain, sciatica, foot pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, body pain from sitting at a computer all day, wrist pain, TMJ issues, headaches, endurance, post workout recovery, post surgical recovery, pregnancy, SPD pain, Breech baby, labor & delivery, babies crawling and walking, and many other musculoskeletal conditions. I have seen it all and can definitely say that aligned and adjusted bodies heal better and feel better than misaligned bodies.

If something you’re experiencing is beyond the scope of Chiropractic, I’m happy to make a proper referral.

Adjustments are specifically tailored to your issue and can be as gentle or profound as you need them to be. Nothing is done without first talking it out and assessing the issue.

As a Prenatal & Postpartum Chiropractic Nervous System Specialist I’m certified in The Webster Technique and have a large prenatal, postnatal and pediatric practice. It has been a pleasure to help women have better delivery outcomes because their bodies have been balanced throughout their pregnancy.

Animal chiropractic for your dog, cat or horse is also available.

A Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners as well as a member of the International Chiropractors Association, and the IVCA: International Veterinary Chiropractic Association

Dr Lila was an amazing part of my prenatal care. I’d been experiencing pretty intense hip pain that immediately began improving when I started seeing Dr Lila. I was always confident she knew what she was doing particularly as it related to my pregnancy. She is also just a lovely funny person. I’m looking forward to seeing her as needed in the future since she’s clearly a skilled chiropractor

If I could give Dr. Lila Wolfe 20 stars, I would. I truly hope every expecting woman gets the chance to experience her care—she is nothing short of magical.

I found Lila during my pregnancy when my baby was transverse and breech at 26 weeks. After just two visits, my baby shifted into the right position and stayed there for the rest of my pregnancy. I started seeing her weekly, and later twice a week, and those appointments became an essential part of my prenatal care—both physically and emotionally.

Lila is not just a skilled chiropractor—she’s a deeply intuitive bodyworker with a calming, nurturing energy that instantly puts you at ease. She is profoundly in tune with the anatomy and experience of pregnancy, and creates a space where you feel safe, supported, and grounded in your ever-changing body. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle strength make you feel like you’re in the best hands—and you are.

Thanks in large part to her care, I had a healthy, blissful, and even enjoyable labor and delivery. Everything felt aligned and prepared, and I know her work played a huge role in that outcome.

Now, newly postpartum, I’m continuing to see Lila and she’s once again been incredible—helping my body recover and recalibrate with such care and attentiveness.

I also want to shout out her wonderful office manager—she makes it so easy to book appointments, always responds quickly, and is just as caring and accommodating as Lila herself. The whole practice feels warm and welcoming.

This isn’t a practice just for pregnant women—you’ll see patients of all ages and stages of life in the waiting room—but if you’re expecting, Lila has a unique and powerful gift for helping you feel at home in your body during one of the most transformative times of your life.
